We both ran downstairs to see what all the commotion was about, and gasped in horror to what we saw. Our father, who had cancer for a whole year strong, was dying. It was his last few moments to live, and as Tom and I knelt towards him, I held him in my hands and tried to get a response from him, I couldn't help but start crying as he placed a hand on my cheek. With his last breath, he forced out with a smile:
'I love you all, so much...'
Everyone was in tears, pained as he died in my arms. After that, everything went downhill from there..."
